What is hologram ?

Holography is three-dimensional laser photography. The hologram is a true, three-dimensional record of the original object. It contains depth and parallax, which is the ability to see around the object to objects placed behind.

Holograms cannot be copied by conventional reprographic means (copiers or scanners and printers). Their effects cannot be reproduced or simulated by conventional printing or finishing techniques. The skills, technology and investment involved in their design, origination and manufacture ensures that their production is beyond the reach of most would-be counterfeiters, while even the most determined forgers will be unlikely to produce holograms that are effective and accurate copies of the original.

Holograms are also highly versatile. They can be applied cost-effectively to a wide variety of substrates and products as part of conventional printing, packaging and labelling processes. And while they are essentially overt features that can be recognised and verified by the public, they can also be integrated with other security technologies – inks, taggants, numbering, RFID etc - to provide multi-layered security solutions combining overt and covert security with track and trace capabilities.

As a result, holograms are widely used on all manner of security documents including banknotes, personal identification documents such as passports and ID cards, fiscal stamps, tickets, vouchers, cheques, payment cards etc. They are also used to protect branded goods from counterfeiting, adulteration, substitution and parallel trading, featuring on many of the world’s leading brands of pharmaceuticals, IT products, automotive components, luxury and consumer goods.

Kinds of hologram

2D/3D Hologram

2D/3D Hologram is made up of multiple two dimensional layers with hologram images visually placed one behind another with visual depth to produce an effect of three-dimensional hologram structure. It has very good visual depth between different layers and shininess on first layer.

DOT-MATRIX Hologram

Dot-Matrix Hologram allows implementing unlimited computer controlled and laser beam engraved dots dots in hologram. This Dot-matrix hologram is the result of designs comprising many tiny dots, where each dot is a separate diffraction grating. They create a beautiful impact of variable images.

True Color Hologram

True Color Hologram is made up of photographic quality art-work. If counterfeiters can't get the original photo, they can't duplicate hologram close to original one. It's a very good way to achieve anti-counterfeit performance by true color hologram.

Flip-Flop Hologram

Flip-Flop hologram can display two images from different viewing angle. When the viewing angle changes horizontally (left to right) or vertically (upside and down), different images evolve through the hologram.

Transparent Hologram

Color and Thickness of Hologram :

We have diffrent thickness of hologram sticker base material-metalized Aluminum film in thickness of 0.025mm, 0.036mm, 0.050mm. We also have different pressure sensitive material to make different hologram sticker. 25 Micron is default thickness of our hologram stikcers.
Metallized PET film has different colors. More than 90% hologram sticker is made of silver and golden color material because silver and golden material has best hologram effect. Other color material as Blue, Red, Green also is available.
